To help address a critical staffing shortage, I developed and wrote a recruitment video that reframed the role of corrections officer as a pathway, not just a job. The concept focused on opportunity, growth, and long-term career potential, bringing a more human, forward-looking perspective to law enforcement recruitment.

I wrote the full voiceover and helped shape the narrative to reflect a range of voices and experiences, ensuring the message felt inclusive and relatable. Paired with dynamic visuals and real-world context, the video positioned the Sheriff’s Office as a place to build a meaningful, lasting career.

To support the video and convert interest into action, we redesigned the Sheriff’s Office website with a stronger focus on user experience and recruitment.

The updated site made it easier for visitors to:

Content was streamlined and reorganized to better serve both potential recruits and the broader community, ensuring that key information was accessible and easy to understand.
